Die erfolgreichste Veröffentlichung von Simply Red ist das vierte Studioalbum Stars mit rund neun Millionen verkauften Einheiten, wovon alleine in Deutschland über 1,25 Millionen Einheiten verkauft wurden und es somit zu den meistverkauften Alben in Deutschland zählt.
